By purchasing a ticket (“Ticket Holder”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions of sale and any other provisions specified by the Promoter or Venue Management/Owner, which may be updated from time to time.
1. Liability Disclaimer:
The Event company, their agents or employees shall not be held liable for any death, personal injury, loss, damage, or other harm caused while at the venue, except where it is caused by the negligence of The Event company, their agents or employees. The Event company is not responsible for any complaints, claims, refunds, or exchanges, including but not limited to those arising from event cancellation or postponement. Booking fees and handling fees are non-refundable. Any refunds will be issued solely at Big Boss Events discretion.
2. Ticket Sales:
○ Once a ticket sale is completed, no refunds will be provided except in the case of event cancellation, and only at the Promoter’s discretion.
○ Deposits are non-refundable under any circumstances.
○ Tickets may be refunded (minus the €10 deposit) if requested more than 28 days prior to the event, as vendors will have already been paid.
○ In the event of a cancellation by Big Boss Events due to reasons within their control, a full refund will be issued. However, if the event is cancelled due to minimum numbers not being met, tickets will be refunded, minus the €10 deposit.
○ If an event is postponed due to reasons outside of the Promoter’s control, no refunds will be issued.
3. Minimum Ticket Requirement:
A minimum of 100 tickets must be sold in order for the event to take place. If this minimum number is not met, the event will be cancelled, and tickets will be refunded, minus the €10 deposit.
4. Event Postponement or Cancellation:
The Promoter/Venue Owner reserves the right to postpone, cancel, interrupt, or stop the event due to adverse weather, dangerous conditions, or any other cause beyond their reasonable control.
5. Ticket Validity:
Entry will be refused if a ticket is found to be tampered with, counterfeited, or not purchased from Eventmaster or an authorized point of sale.
6. Debs Event Restrictions:
Ticket holders for Deb’s events will not be permitted overnight accommodation at any of our event venues. Venue age restrictions and rules apply, and no refunds will be issued for failure to adhere to these conditions. Details of these conditions are displayed at the venue.
7. Conduct at the Venue:
The Promoter/Venue Owner reserves the right to refuse admission or evict any individual whose conduct is deemed disorderly, inappropriate, or disruptive, without refund or compensation.
8. Use of Image or Likeness:
By attending the event, the Ticket Holder agrees to the use of their image or likeness in any live or recorded video, pictures, publicity materials, or websites by the Promoter/Venue Owner.
9. Searches and Prohibited Items:
The Ticket Holder agrees to submit to any searches for prohibited items, including but not limited to weapons, controlled substances, and illegal drugs.
10. Assumption of Risk:
The Ticket Holder voluntarily assumes all risks and dangers incidental to the event, including, but not limited to, death, personal injury, loss, damage, or liability, whether occurring before, during, or after the event.
11. Jurisdiction and Governing Law:
The sale of tickets is governed by Irish law, and the Ticket Holder agrees to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
12. Private Event:
For any event organized in conjunction with a specific person, company, or committee, an individual who purchases a ticket without authorization will have their ticket(s) voided by the Promoter.
