Big Boss Events is Ireland’s leading student event management company, specialising in the planning, coordinating and hosting of Debs, Graduations, College Balls and Pre debs events nationwide. With over 15 years experience producing high quality student events for schools and colleges throughout the country. From the planning process right through to the finished product we work independently and for you every step of the way to produce an event to be proud of.

We plan and Coordinate the entire event for your school or college so you do not have to worry about a thing. We have developed important contacts and relationships in the event business throughout the country, and therefore we can organize a unique event for you. Information for Parents/Guardians

Our Big Boss Events team have been running, coordinating and organising student events such as debs, graduations, TY balls, pre debs and college balls for over 10 years and have vast experience in running and coordinating events for schools and colleges nationwide.

Our role is to make your lives as easy as possible! Our amazing team will organize, coordinate, host and attend your event. We can organise everything from your venue booking, entertainment and extras, committee liaisons, security personnel bookings, and even your buses to and from the venue if you choose to add this on. We do not provide any hotel room bookings and discourage students from staying in hotels on the night of any events. Big Boss will also not take responsibility for any student who chooses to book into a hotel room within the venue on the night, and students agree to this when purchasing a ticket which they will receive prior to the event. The Big Boss team may also provide bus services to and from the venue at an additional fee.

We work with a number of security companies nationwide who are all licenced and registered with the PSA. They are reliable and efficient in their duty of care to all students attending our events.

For each of our events we provide at least 1 fully trained first aid assistant who works directly with our security and management team on the night. Depending on numbers attedning we may have both a first aid personal and paramedic on hand.

We are extremely strict on our alcohol policy at each event. At the beginning of the event each student will be asked to produce a valid form of Government Photo Identification. Students who are over and above 18 will have access to purchase alcohol within the venue. Any student who does not produce valid ID proving that they are over the age of 18 or any student who we deem under the age of 18 will not have access to alcohol on the premises. To manage this we operate a color coded wristband system which we monitor throughout the night. If a student is in breach of this a parent or guardian maybe called at this point or further action may be taken to prevent any incidents with the student.
